Blackwell’s, Inc. completed exterior renovations to the Troup County Juvenile Court Building in LaGrange, GA. The granite building, constructed in 1939 and 1940 suffered from years of water penetration and moisture issues. Joints between the granite façade were badly deteriorated allowing water to penetrate the building. Following the removal of the joints and the subsequent repair, the building was sealed in its entirety with waterproofing repellent sealer.
