The LaGrange and Troup County Georgia community churches and individuals in the area, put their best foot forward this holiday season and filled 3661 shoeboxes for children in need through Operation Christmas Child.

Samaritan’s Purse’s project Operation Christmas Child collects these shoeboxes filled with fun toys, school supplies and hygiene items—and delivers them to children in need around the world to demonstrate God’s love.
For many of these children, the gift filled shoebox is the first gift they have ever received.
Blackwell’s, Inc. not only encouraged our associates to pack a shoebox, but collected the filled boxes, and provided two box trucks to transport the shipping containers to a larger repository in Columbus, GA. From there the boxes will be transported to the Atlanta International Airport for destinations somewhere in the world.

Mike enriches Blackwell’s, Inc. with his extensive experience and unwavering dedication.
