How It Works

Upon contact with a surface, these pellets undergo sublimation, transitioning directly from a solid to a gas state. This rapid transformation results in a micro-explosion, expanding the pellet’s volume nearly 800 times within milliseconds. As a result, contaminants are lifted from the substrate without leaving any residue behind.

Make Your Downtime Count

Industrial rollers tend to collect residue over time that can cause inconsistencies and deviations to the final product.  Having these rollers cleaned is the only way to keep the material in compliance.

Instead of removing the rollers to clean them, let us clean them in place, with NO DISASSEMBLY REQUIRED.  The rollers are ready for production as soon as we finish cleaning.
